By making a booking or participating in our activities, you agree to the terms below.

General Information

Pertiwi Adventure is an all-in-one Bali adventure destination offering ATV Quad Bike, UTV Jungle Buggy, White Water Rafting, Paintball Game, Majestic VW Tours, Pertiwi Jungle Swing, Team Building, and other related experiences.

All activities are subject to availability, weather conditions, safety considerations, and operational requirements.

Pertiwi Adventure reserves the right to adjust schedules, activity flow, routes, or substitute activities of equal value when necessary for safety, weather, maintenance, or operational reasons.

Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed only after payment has been completed and an official e-ticket has been issued by Pertiwi Adventure.

Guests must keep their e-ticket as proof of booking and present it when required.

For selected bookings, a 50% deposit may be accepted to secure the reservation. This must be discussed and approved by our team before the payment link is issued.

A booking form submission, inquiry, WhatsApp message, or email conversation does not guarantee a confirmed booking until payment has been received and an e-ticket has been issued.

Direct Booking & Special Rates

Direct booking rates are available only through our official website, official booking form, payment link, email, WhatsApp, or official social media channels.

Special direct booking rates apply only to confirmed bookings with a valid e-ticket.

Walk-in bookings at our location are subject to standard rates as listed at pertiwiadventure.com/pricelist.

Prices shown on third-party platforms, old screenshots, social media posts, or unofficial sources may not reflect our current direct booking rates.

The valid price for direct online booking is the price stated in your official instant quote or e-ticket.

Payment Methods

Online Payment

For direct online bookings, payment may be completed through our secure payment link.

Online payment options may include:

  • Credit card
  • Debit card
  • Virtual bank transfer for Indonesian bank users

Online payments are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Bank Transfer

Indonesian bank transfer may be available for guests with Indonesian bank accounts.

For international guests, manual bank transfer may be arranged through Wise transfer when applicable.

Any bank transfer fees, Wise transfer fees, currency conversion fees, or other transaction fees are the responsibility of the guest.

On-Site Payment

On-site payments may be accepted depending on the booking arrangement.

Accepted on-site payment methods may include:

  • Cash in IDR, USD, or AUD
  • Credit card
  • Debit card

Foreign currency cash payments use our on-site exchange rate, which may differ from online exchange rates or bank rates. The rate will be confirmed before payment is processed.

A 3% surcharge applies for credit card payments made on-site.

Payment must be completed before any activity begins.

Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation

Guests may cancel their booking at least 1 day before the activity date, between 09:00 – 17:00 WITA.

To cancel, guests must reply to the e-ticket confirmation email or contact our official WhatsApp number with the e-ticket attached.

Approved refunds are subject to a 5% payment processing fee deducted from the total refund amount.

Refunds are processed via bank transfer for IDR payments or Wise transfer for international refunds.

All transfer fees are at the guest’s expense.

If payment was made by credit card, the original 3% card surcharge is non-refundable in addition to the 5% processing fee.

Non-Refundable Conditions

Bookings are non-refundable in the following cases:

  • Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the activity date
  • Same-day cancellation
  • No-show
  • Guest is not present at the agreed pickup location
  • Guest arrives too late and cannot join the activity
  • Guest refuses to follow safety rules
  • Activity is stopped due to guest misconduct or unsafe behavior

No-shows are considered as attended. No refund or reschedule will be provided.

Reschedule Policy

Reschedule requests with private transport must be submitted at least 1 day before the activity date, between 09:00 – 17:00 WITA.

Reschedule requests without transport or for self-arrival bookings must be submitted at least 1 day before the activity date, between 09:00 – 22:00 WITA.

To request a reschedule, guests must reply to the e-ticket confirmation email or contact our official WhatsApp number with the e-ticket attached.

All reschedule requests are subject to availability.

Pertiwi Adventure reserves the right to approve, reject, or suggest an alternative date or time depending on operational conditions and availability.

Weather, Force Majeure & Activity Cancellation

Most outdoor activities may continue in light rain, as they are adventure-based experiences.

However, in the case of extreme weather, natural disasters, unsafe river conditions, operational issues, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control, Pertiwi Adventure reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the activity.

If an activity is cancelled by Pertiwi Adventure due to circumstances beyond our control, guests will be offered a full reschedule at no additional cost or a refund according to our refund policy.

For online payments, a 5% processing fee and actual transfer fees may apply.

For cash payments made in IDR, USD, or AUD, refunds may be returned in the original currency with no deduction, where applicable.

Pertiwi Adventure is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, natural events, government restrictions, or other force majeure situations.

Transport Terms

Private transport service may be available upon request and can be selected through the booking form.

Transport prices are calculated based on pickup area, group size, and selected vehicle type.

Hotel pickup and drop-off are arranged using regular transport vehicles such as MPV cars or Toyota Hiace, depending on the number of guests and transport arrangement.

Majestic VW Tours start and finish at Pertiwi Adventure. The vintage VW is not used for hotel pickup or drop-off.

Guests must be ready at the confirmed pickup location and time.

Pickup time may change depending on traffic, road conditions, weather, or operational requirements.

If a guest is not present at the pickup location, cannot be contacted, provides incorrect pickup details, or cancels on the activity date, the booking may be considered non-refundable. Transport costs are also non-refundable in this case.

Age, Health & Participation Requirements

Some activities may have age, height, weight, health, or safety requirements.

For safety reasons, our activities are not recommended for guests with:

  • Back pain or serious back problems
  • Pregnancy
  • Heart problems
  • Serious medical conditions
  • Recent surgery or injury
  • Infants

Guests are responsible for informing Pertiwi Adventure of any medical condition, injury, pregnancy, health concern, or physical limitation before joining the activity.

Pertiwi Adventure reserves the right to refuse participation if our team believes a guest may be at risk or does not meet the safety requirements.

If a guest participates outside the recommended age, height, health, or safety requirements, participation may be at the sole discretion of our team and may not be covered by insurance.

Safety Rules

All guests must follow safety briefings, instructions, and directions given by Pertiwi Adventure guides, instructors, referees, drivers, and staff.

Guests must behave responsibly and respect other guests, staff, equipment, animals, local communities, and the natural environment.

For ATV and UTV activities, unsafe behavior is strictly not allowed, including:

  • Reckless driving
  • Excessive speed
  • Overtaking
  • Zigzag riding or driving
  • Ignoring the guide
  • Intentionally hitting other riders
  • Misusing equipment
  • Leaving the designated route

For paintball, rafting, swing, VW tour, and other activities, guests must follow the specific rules explained during the safety briefing.

Pertiwi Adventure reserves the right to stop the activity immediately if a guest does not follow safety rules.

No refund will be provided if the activity is stopped due to unsafe behavior, misconduct, or failure to follow instructions.

Equipment, Damage & Guest Responsibility

Pertiwi Adventure provides the required activity equipment according to each activity.

Guests are responsible for using all equipment properly and following staff instructions.

Guests may be held responsible for any damage, loss, or repair cost caused by:

  • Reckless behavior
  • Intentional misuse
  • Failure to follow instructions
  • Unsafe driving or riding
  • Negligence
  • Damage to activity equipment, vehicles, safety gear, property, or facilities

Pertiwi Adventure reserves the right to charge guests for repair or replacement costs where applicable.

Insurance & Liability

Insurance is included for all activities, subject to the terms and limitations of the insurance provider.

Insurance coverage may only apply when guests:

  • Follow all safety rules
  • Meet age and health requirements
  • Use equipment properly
  • Follow guide and staff instructions
  • Participate within the approved activity conditions

Insurance may not apply if an incident occurs due to reckless behavior, misconduct, intoxication, medical conditions not disclosed before the activity, participation outside recommended safety requirements, or failure to follow instructions.

Participation in adventure activities involves inherent risks. By joining any activity, guests acknowledge and accept these risks.

Pertiwi Adventure is not responsible for injury, loss, damage, delay, or expense caused by guest negligence, unsafe behavior, failure to follow rules, or circumstances beyond our control.

Personal Belongings

Lockers are available for guests during activities.

Guests are strongly advised to store personal belongings in the lockers provided before starting any activity.

Pertiwi Adventure is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, including but not limited to:

  • Smartphones
  • Cameras
  • Glasses
  • Wallets
  • Cash
  • Jewelry
  • Watches
  • Bags
  • Documents
  • Other valuables

Guests bring personal items at their own risk.

Photography, Video & Merchandise

Professional photo and video services may be available for purchase on-site for selected activities.

Photo and video services are not included in the activity package unless clearly stated in the booking details.

Guests are welcome to take photos and videos using their own device, where safe and permitted.

Any personal device brought during an activity is at the guest’s own risk.

At selected spots, our photography team may capture your activity moments. Guests may preview the results later and decide whether they would like to purchase them.

Merchandise, photo, and video products are optional and available for purchase separately.

Activity Changes, Delays & Operational Adjustments

Pertiwi Adventure may adjust activity schedules, routes, vehicles, equipment, order of activities, or operational flow due to safety, weather, maintenance, traffic, availability, or other operational needs.

Activity duration may vary depending on weather, group size, pace, safety conditions, and operational flow.

Pertiwi Adventure will make reasonable efforts to provide the best possible experience, but exact timing, route, scenery, water conditions, mud level, weather, or photo results cannot be guaranteed.

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, guides, drivers, other guests, local communities, and property.

Pertiwi Adventure may refuse service or stop participation without refund if a guest:

  • Acts aggressively or disrespectfully
  • Is under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • Puts themselves or others at risk
  • Damages property or equipment
  • Fails to follow safety instructions
  • Disrupts the activity or other guests’ experience

Complaints & Feedback

We take all genuine feedback seriously and use it to improve our services.

If you experience an issue during your visit, please inform our staff immediately on-site so we can address it in real time.

Complaints submitted after leaving our venue without prior on-site reporting may be reviewed, but may not be eligible for refund, compensation, or corrective action.

Pertiwi Adventure reserves the right to review all claims before any action is taken.

Content Creator & Collaboration Requests

Collaboration requests from content creators, influencers, media partners, or travel accounts must be arranged in advance through our official channels.

Complimentary visits are not available on a walk-in basis or by self-declaration on arrival.

Please contact us in advance through our official email or social media channels for collaboration inquiries.

Agreement to Terms

By completing a booking, making a payment, receiving an e-ticket, or participating in any activity at Pertiwi Adventure, guests agree to these Terms & Conditions, including our Payment Policy, Cancellation Policy, Safety Rules, and activity requirements.

Pertiwi Adventure reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

The latest version published on our official website will apply.
