Yes. You can combine up to 3 activities in one day. Our team will help arrange the schedule so everything runs smoothly.

For combo packages, our team will arrange the activity flow based on your selected activities. Lunch, shower, and rest time will be scheduled between activities depending on your package flow. Our team will inform you when to take a break and when to continue to your next activity so everything runs smoothly.

Yes. Most of our activities are beginner-friendly. Our team will provide instructions, safety briefings, and assistance before each activity starts.

Fill in the booking form on our website and you will receive an instant quote by email. Reply to confirm, and our team will send you a secure payment link. Once payment is received, your e-ticket will be issued as confirmation.

Your booking is only confirmed after full payment is completed and an e-ticket has been issued. Please keep your e-ticket as proof of booking.

Advance booking is recommended so our team can prepare your activity, schedule, transport, and package properly.

Yes. Same-day booking is available. Simply fill in the booking form and select your preferred date — available slots will be shown automatically. If no slots are available for your chosen date, please select another date.

For direct booking, payment can be completed through our secure payment link using credit card, debit card, or virtual bank transfer for Indonesian bank users. International guests may also arrange payment via Wise transfer or manual bank transfer to our official company account. All transfer fees are at the guest's expense. Payment links are sent in IDR only.

Yes. Direct online payments are processed through our secure DOKU payment link. Please make sure you only complete payment through links sent by our official email, WhatsApp, or social media channels.

Yes, cash payments are accepted on-site in IDR, USD, and AUD for selected bookings with prior approval from our team. Foreign currency is converted using our on-site exchange rate, which may differ from rates published online or by banks. Credit card payments made on-site are subject to a 3% surcharge. Please note that bookings are only considered confirmed after payment is completed or after receiving a valid confirmation from our team.

No. Direct booking through our website offers better rates than walk-in pricing. Walk-in rates are as listed at pertiwiadventure.com/pricelist.

Our direct booking rates are already our best available rates and are automatically calculated based on the number of guests and selected package. For large groups or special requests, our team may provide a custom offer to ensure a fair and suitable arrangement. All pricing adjustments are subject to availability, package details, and management approval.

Our pricing may be updated periodically. The valid price is the one stated in your instant quote email at the time of booking. Prices seen on third-party platforms, old screenshots, or unofficial sources may not reflect our current direct booking rates.

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find your e-ticket, contact our team with your payment proof — including the transaction receipt, amount, date, and payment method. Bookings without valid payment confirmation and e-ticket are not considered confirmed.

Yes. Cancellations and reschedules are accepted at least 1 day before your activity date between 09:00–17:00 WITA. Please refer to our full Payment & Cancellation Policy at pertiwiadventure.com/payment-cancellation-policy.

We understand that delays can happen. As long as there is still enough time to enjoy the activity, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, for White Water Rafting, guests must arrive at Pertiwi Adventure no later than 11:00 AM. Guests arriving after this time will not be able to join the regular rafting session and may need to arrange a private rafting experience at a different rate. Please contact our team as soon as possible if you anticipate a delay.

If a guest is not present at the agreed pickup location or cancels on the activity date, the booking is considered non-refundable. Transport costs are also non-refundable in this case. Please ensure your pickup details and schedule are confirmed before your activity date.

Additional guests are welcome subject to availability. However, all guests must be registered and paid before the activity begins. Unregistered guests will not be permitted to join the activity and transport capacity cannot be guaranteed for guests added on arrival.

Yes. Private hotel pickup and drop-off service is available upon request. You can select your transport preference directly in the booking form, and the price will be included automatically in your instant quote.

Transport is optional and can be added directly in the booking form. The transport price is calculated automatically based on your pickup area, group size, and selected transport option. For smaller groups, the booking form will automatically calculate the MPV car option. For groups above 10 people, the form will show available transport options such as MPV car or Toyota Hiace (up to 16 seats), so you can choose the option that best fits your group before confirming your booking.

No. Majestic VW Tours starts and finishes at Pertiwi Adventure. If your package includes private transport, hotel pickup and drop-off will use a regular transport vehicle, not the vintage VW.

For guests who choose self-arrival, return transport is not included in the package. Our team may assist by sharing available transport options or contacting local drivers upon request. However, these services are provided by third-party drivers, and all pricing, availability, and payment are handled directly between the guest and the driver. Pertiwi Adventure does not control or set these rates and is not responsible for pricing differences or arrangements made with external drivers.

Yes. Our ATV is automatic, so it is easy and comfortable for beginners and first-time riders.

The ATV Quad Bike Adventure takes approximately 1.5 hours, depending on track conditions, group pace, and safety flow on the day.

We have 2 ATV models available — The Raptor and The Maverick. All models are 300cc and available at no extra cost.

Yes. You can choose to ride solo (1 person) or tandem (2 people sharing one ATV).

Children under 12 years old are not allowed to ride solo. Children aged 6–12 years old can join as tandem passengers with a parent or adult companion.

No. A driving license and previous ATV experience are not required. Our instructors will give a safety briefing and guide you before the ride.

Yes. We provide helmets and safety boots for your protection and comfort during the ride.

Yes. For everyone's safety, guests must follow the guide's instructions at all times. Reckless driving, overtaking, zigzag riding, excessive speed, ignoring the guide, intentionally hitting other riders, or leaving the designated route is not allowed. The activity may be stopped if safety rules are not followed.

Yes. You can combine ATV with UTV Jungle Buggy, White Water Rafting, Paintball, VW Tours, or Pertiwi Jungle Swing in one destination.

Yes. Our UTV is automatic, making it easy and comfortable for beginners and first-time riders.

The UTV Jungle Buggy Adventure takes approximately 1 hour, depending on track conditions, group pace, and safety flow on the day.

We use a 200cc 4×2 off-road UTV, designed for a fun and stable off-road ride.

Yes. You can ride solo or tandem. One UTV can carry up to 2 people.

Children are not allowed to drive the UTV by themselves. Younger guests may join as passengers with a parent or adult companion, depending on safety conditions and staff approval on arrival.

No. A driving license and previous driving experience are not required. Our instructors will provide a briefing and guide you during the activity.

Yes. We provide helmets and safety boots for your protection and comfort during the ride.

Rafting takes place on the Ayung River, Bali's longest river for white water rafting, known for its scenic jungle gorges, hidden waterfalls, and Ramayana stone carvings.

Yes. Ayung River rafting has Class II–III rapids, making it suitable for beginners and first-time rafters.

Rafting is available for guests aged 6 to 65 years old.

No. Swimming experience is not required. You will wear a life jacket, and our professional guides will accompany you throughout the activity.

The White Water Rafting experience takes approximately 2 hours on the river, depending on water conditions and group pace.

Yes, there are stairs to descend to the river starting point. Guests should be comfortable walking down uneven steps in an outdoor setting.

Guests are transported to the Ayung River start point by open-air bus — a scenic 5-minute ride through rice fields and natural countryside. After rafting, the same route brings you back to Pertiwi Adventure.

We provide a helmet, paddle, and life jacket for your safety during the rafting activity.

Yes. Paintball is beginner-friendly. Our referees will explain the rules, safety instructions, and game flow before the battle starts.

Paintball is suitable for guests aged 6 to 65 years old.

Each player receives 150 paintball bullets included in the package. Additional bullets are available for purchase on-site if you want to continue the game.

Yes. If 150 bullets are not enough, you can buy additional paintball bullets on-site at Pertiwi Adventure and continue the game depending on availability and schedule.

Paintball usually takes around 1 hour. The duration may vary depending on how fast players use their bullets. If you purchase additional bullets, the game may take longer depending on availability and schedule.

You may feel a light sting when hit by a paintball. However, with proper safety equipment and by following the rules, the game is designed to stay safe and enjoyable.

We provide a helmet, paintball gun, paintball suit, and all necessary safety equipment.

Yes. A safety briefing is required before the game. Our referee will explain the rules, game flow, arena map, and safety guidelines before the battle starts.

A minimum of 4 players is recommended to enjoy team game scenarios. For smaller groups of 1–3 people, Target Shoot or Random Shoot mode is available as an alternative.

Yes. Our referees will guide the game, explain the rules, and help keep the battle safe and fair throughout the session.

Pertiwi Jungle Swing is a scenic swing and photo destination in Bali with jungle swings, photo spots, featured experiences, and beautiful views above the Ayung River valley.

Pertiwi Jungle Swing usually takes around 1–2 hours, depending on how many photo spots you visit, how busy the area is, and how much time you spend taking photos.

Yes. Safety is our priority. Before using the swing, our team will assist you with standard safety equipment and provide instructions to help you enjoy the experience safely.

Some swing experiences may have age or height requirements for safety. Guests are generally recommended to be 12 years old and above with a minimum height of 120 cm for selected swing experiences. Final approval depends on safety conditions and staff assessment on arrival.

You can enjoy Jungle Swing, Bloom Ring Swing, Harmony Swing, Bird Nest, Bed Swing, Stairs to Heaven, Woven Nest, Love Seat, Angel Wings, Adventure Swing, and Flying Swing.

Yes. You can take photos and videos using your own device, and our team can help take photos for you at no extra charge. Professional photo and video services are also available for purchase at selected spots.

Majestic VW Tours is a relaxing sightseeing experience using a classic vintage Volkswagen. The route takes you through village roads, rice fields, scenic viewpoints, and peaceful local spots in Bali.

Majestic VW Tours takes approximately 1 hour, depending on the route, traffic around the village area, and photo stop duration.

No. The VW tour starts and finishes at Pertiwi Adventure. If your package includes private transport, hotel pickup and drop-off will use a regular transport vehicle, not the vintage VW.

One vintage VW can carry up to 3 passengers — 1 in the front seat beside the driver and 2 in the back seat.

No. The VW is driven by our driver so you can relax and enjoy the journey.

Yes, you may contact our team after your visit. Please email us at pertiwiadventure@gmail.com and include a clear photo of yourself or your group showing your face, preferably taken during the activity or on the same day. This helps our photo team identify and locate your files more easily. Please note that photo availability is not guaranteed, as files are stored based on daily operations.

Yes. Safety is our priority. Our team provides safety briefings, instructions, and activity equipment before each experience begins.

Most of our activities continue in light rain as they are outdoor adventures. In the case of extreme weather or safety concerns, Pertiwi Adventure reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the activity. Please refer to our Force Majeure policy at pertiwiadventure.com/payment-cancellation-policy for full details.

Guests are responsible for any damage to equipment caused by reckless behavior, failure to follow instructor instructions, or intentional misuse. Our instructors are trained to guide and warn guests during the activity. By participating, guests agree to follow all safety rules. Pertiwi Adventure reserves the right to stop the activity immediately if safety rules are not followed.

For safety reasons, our activities are not recommended for guests with back pain or serious back problems, pregnancy, heart problems, serious medical conditions, recent surgery or injury, or infants. Guests are responsible for informing our team of any health condition before joining the activity.

No. Guests who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to join any activity. Pertiwi Adventure reserves the right to refuse participation without refund in such cases.

Yes. Guests must follow all instructions from our guides and staff at all times. For safety reasons, the activity may be stopped if guests do not follow the rules.

Age and height requirements exist for the safety of all guests. If a parent or guardian accepts full responsibility for a child who does not meet the standard requirements, participation may be permitted at the sole discretion of our staff on arrival. In such cases, standard insurance coverage may not apply, and full responsibility lies with the parent or guardian. Pertiwi Adventure cannot accept responsibility for incidents involving guests who participate outside the recommended safety requirements.

Yes. Pertiwi Adventure works closely with an emergency clinic located approximately 100 meters from our venue. In the unlikely event of a medical emergency, our team is trained to respond quickly and coordinate with the clinic immediately.

Pertiwi Adventure provides lockers for safekeeping during all activities. We strongly recommend using the locker provided. Pertiwi Adventure is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings — including smartphones, cameras, wallets, cash, jewelry, or other valuables — during or after activities. Guests bring personal items at their own risk.

We take all genuine feedback seriously and use it to improve our services. If you experience an issue during your visit, please inform our staff immediately on-site so we can address it in real time. Complaints submitted after leaving our venue without prior on-site reporting may not be eligible for compensation or refund. Pertiwi Adventure reserves the right to review all claims before any action is taken.

Collaboration requests from content creators and influencers are handled through our official channels only. Complimentary visits are not available on a walk-in basis or by self-declaration on arrival. Please contact us in advance via our official email or social media for collaboration inquiries.
