Payment & Cancellation Policy
Please read our payment, cancellation, refund, and reschedule policy before completing your booking with Pertiwi Adventure Bali.
Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed only after full payment is completed and an e-ticket has been issued. Please keep your e-ticket as proof of booking.
- Direct booking rates are exclusively available through our official payment link, sent via email, WhatsApp, or our official social media channels.
- Walk-in bookings at our location are subject to standard rates as listed at pertiwiadventure.com/pricelist.
- Special rates apply only to confirmed direct bookings with a valid e-ticket.
- Payment must be completed before any activity begins.
Payment Methods
Online Payment (Direct Booking)
- Payment link accepted via Credit Card or Debit Card (IDR only)
- Virtual bank transfer is available for Indonesian bank users
- Manual bank transfer to our official company account, PT Bali Mertan Pertiwi, is available upon request
- Payment link will be sent through our official channels after booking confirmation
On-Site Payment (Walk-In)
- Cash: IDR, USD, or AUD accepted
- Credit Card / Debit Card accepted
- Foreign currency cash payments use our on-site exchange rate, which may differ from rates published online or by banks. The rate will be confirmed before payment is processed.
- A 3% surcharge applies for credit card payments made on-site.
Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation (Full Refund)
- Cancellations must be submitted at least 1 day before your activity date, between 09:00 – 17:00 (WITA).
- To cancel, reply to your e-ticket confirmation email or send a WhatsApp message to our official number with your e-ticket attached.
- Refunds are subject to a 5% payment processing fee deducted from the total refund amount.
- Refunds are processed via bank transfer (IDR) or Wise transfer (international). All transfer fees are at the guest's expense.
- If payment was made by credit card, the original 3% card surcharge is non-refundable in addition to the 5% processing fee.
Non-Refundable
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity date.
- No-shows — guests who do not arrive without prior cancellation are considered as attended. No refund or reschedule will be provided.
Reschedule Policy
- Reschedule requests with private transport must be submitted at least 1 day before your activity date, between 09:00 – 17:00 (WITA).
- Reschedule requests without transport (self-arrival) must be submitted at least 1 day before your activity date, between 09:00 – 22:00 (WITA).
- To reschedule, reply to your e-ticket confirmation email or send a WhatsApp message with your e-ticket attached.
Force Majeure & Activity Cancellation by Pertiwi Adventure
In the event that an activity is cancelled by Pertiwi Adventure due to circumstances beyond our control — including extreme weather, natural disasters, or safety concerns — guests will be offered:
- A full reschedule at no additional cost, or
-
A full refund, subject to the following:
* Online payments: 5% processing fee applies, plus actual transfer fees
* Cash payments (IDR, USD, or AUD): 100% returned in the original currency with no deductions
General Terms
- Bookings are personal and non-transferable.
- Pertiwi Adventure reserves the right to adjust schedules or substitute activities of equal value where necessary for safety or operational reasons.
- By completing a booking, guests agree to all terms and conditions stated on this page.
- Pertiwi Adventure is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during activities.
- Participation in all activities involves inherent risk. Guests are advised to disclose any medical conditions prior to booking.
