Payment & Cancellation Policy
Please read our payment, cancellation, refund, and reschedule policy before completing your booking with Pertiwi Adventure Bali.
Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed only after full payment is completed and an e-ticket has been issued. Please keep your e-ticket as proof of booking.
Direct bookings must be paid in advance. We do not accept payment on arrival at the activity location for direct booking rates. An e-ticket will only be issued after full payment has been received. Guests without a confirmed e-ticket may not join the activity under direct booking rates.
The only exception is for bookings with hotel pickup service. In this case, guests may complete payment upon arrival at Pertiwi Adventure before the activity begins, if this payment arrangement has been confirmed in advance by our reservation team.
Online Direct Booking Rates
- Online direct booking rates are special rates and may differ from the standard rates listed at pertiwiadventure.com/pricelist.
- These special rates are available only through our official online channels, including email, WhatsApp, or our official social media channels.
- Online direct booking rates apply only to confirmed direct bookings with full payment completed and a valid e-ticket issued before the activity begins.
- Walk-in bookings at our location are subject to standard rates as listed at pertiwiadventure.com/pricelist.
- Guests who arrive without a confirmed e-ticket are considered walk-in guests and will be charged the standard walk-in rate.
- Payment must be completed before any activity begins.
Payment Methods
Online Payment (Direct Booking)
- Payment link accepted via Credit Card or Debit Card (IDR only)
- Virtual bank transfer is available for Indonesian bank users
- Manual bank transfer to our official company account, PT Bali Mertan Pertiwi, is available upon request
- Payment link will be sent through our official channels after booking confirmation
On-Site Payment (Walk-In & Confirmed Pickup Bookings Only)
On-site payment is only available for walk-in bookings made directly at our location or confirmed bookings with hotel pickup service, where payment is completed upon arrival at Pertiwi Adventure before the activity begins.
Payment on arrival at the activity location is not available for online direct booking rates.
Guests who wish to pay on arrival at the activity location will be treated as walk-in guests and charged the standard walk-in rate listed at pertiwiadventure.com/pricelist.
- Cash: IDR, USD, or AUD accepted
- Credit Card / Debit Card accepted
- Foreign currency cash payments use our on-site exchange rate, which may differ from rates published online or by banks. The rate will be confirmed before payment is processed.
- A 3% surcharge applies for credit card payments made on-site.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation with Refund
- Cancellations must be submitted at least 1 day before your activity date, between 09:00 – 17:00 (WITA).
- To cancel, reply to your e-ticket confirmation email or send a WhatsApp message to our official number with your e-ticket attached.
- Refunds are subject to a 5% payment processing fee deducted from the total refund amount.
- Refunds are processed via bank transfer (IDR) or Wise transfer (international). All transfer fees are at the guest's expense.
- If payment was made by credit card, the original 3% card surcharge is non-refundable in addition to the 5% processing fee.
Non-Refundable
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity date.
- No-shows — guests who do not arrive without prior cancellation are considered as attended. No refund or reschedule will be provided.
Reschedule Policy
- Reschedule requests with private transport must be submitted at least 1 day before your activity date, between 09:00 – 17:00 (WITA).
- Reschedule requests without transport (self-arrival) must be submitted at least 1 day before your activity date, between 09:00 – 22:00 (WITA).
- To reschedule, reply to your e-ticket confirmation email or send a WhatsApp message with your e-ticket attached.
Force Majeure & Activity Cancellation by Pertiwi Adventure
In the event that an activity is cancelled by Pertiwi Adventure due to circumstances beyond our control — including extreme weather, natural disasters, or safety concerns — guests will be offered:
- A full reschedule at no additional cost, or
-
A full refund, subject to the following:
* Online payments: 5% processing fee applies, plus actual transfer fees
* Cash payments (IDR, USD, or AUD): 100% returned in the original currency with no deductions
General Terms
- Bookings are personal and non-transferable.
- Pertiwi Adventure reserves the right to adjust schedules or substitute activities of equal value where necessary for safety or operational reasons.
- By completing a booking, guests agree to all terms and conditions stated on this page.
- Pertiwi Adventure is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during activities.
- Participation in all activities involves inherent risk. Guests are advised to disclose any medical conditions prior to booking.
