Your safety and comfort matter to us. Selected activities at Pertiwi Adventure are supported by personal accident insurance coverage for eligible guests.

This insurance support is part of our commitment to providing a safer, more professional, and more trusted adventure experience in Bali.

Insurance Coverage Overview

Our current personal accident insurance certificate includes coverage for eligible guests participating in selected activities under PT Bali Mertan Pertiwi.

Eligible Activities

Insurance coverage may apply to selected Pertiwi Adventure activities, including:

• ATV Quad Bike Adventure
• UTV Jungle Buggy Adventure
• White Water Rafting
• Paintball Game
• Majestic VW Tours
• Pertiwi Jungle Swing
• Team Building
• Travelling & Touring activities

Coverage is subject to guest eligibility, activity requirements, safety rules, and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider.

Certificate Validity

Pertiwi Adventure maintains active guest insurance coverage for eligible activities and renews the insurance certificate periodically as part of our ongoing commitment to guest safety.

The certificate is issued for PT Bali Mertan Pertiwi and applies under Indonesian jurisdiction.

Important Safety Notes

To help keep your activity safe and eligible for insurance coverage, all guests must:

• Follow all safety briefings and instructions from our team
• Use the provided safety equipment properly
• Stay on the designated route or activity area
• Avoid reckless behavior or unsafe actions
• Inform our team of any medical condition before joining
• Meet the activity age, health, and safety requirements

Insurance may not apply if an incident occurs due to reckless behavior, failure to follow instructions, undisclosed medical conditions, intoxication, or participation outside the recommended safety requirements.

Health Restrictions

For safety reasons, our adventure activities are not recommended for guests with:

• Pregnancy
• Heart problems
• Serious medical conditions
• Back pain or serious back problems
• Recent surgery or injury
• Infants

Insurance Claim Process

In the unlikely event of an incident, please inform our staff immediately on-site so our team can assist with the necessary first response and documentation.

Insurance claims may require:

• Guest identification
• Booking or activity proof
• Incident report
• Medical report or official documents
• Supporting evidence requested by the insurance provider

All claims are subject to review, verification, and approval by the insurance provider.
