Thank you for booking with Pertiwi Adventure Bali. Please read this information before your visit so your check-in, preparation, and activity experience can run smoothly.
This guide includes our meeting point, arrival information, what to bring, what to wear, safety notes, facilities, photos, videos, and other important details before your adventure.
Meeting Point
All activities start from Pertiwi Adventure Bali, unless stated otherwise in your e-ticket.

Please check your e-ticket carefully before coming, including your activity date, guest details, arrival time, and transport arrangement.
Arrival Time
Please arrive according to the arrival time or time window stated in your e-ticket.
For direct bookings, you may arrive anytime within the time window shown on your e-ticket. There is no strict fixed slot time, so you can enjoy a more flexible experience.
We still recommend arriving earlier within your time window so you have enough time for check-in, preparation, and safety briefing before the activity starts.
If you expect to arrive late, please contact our team as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you depending on activity availability and operational conditions.
Check-In Process
When you arrive at Pertiwi Adventure, please go to our front office for check-in.
Our team will help you with:
- Checking your e-ticket
- Confirming your booking details
- Completing guest registration
- Explaining activity preparation
- Providing safety briefing and instructions
- Directing you to the activity preparation area
What to Bring
We recommend bringing the following items for a more comfortable experience:
- Change of clothes
- Sunblock
- Toiletries
- Cash for personal expenses
- Bag for wet clothes
- Sunglasses
Personal items: You may bring your smartphone or camera, but we do not recommend using personal items during adventure activities. Lockers are available, and we recommend storing your belongings before the activity.
What to Wear
Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor adventure activities.

- Clothes suitable for muddy or wet activities
- Secure footwear or sandals suitable for outdoor use
- Swimwear or water-friendly clothing for rafting
- Photo-friendly outfit for Pertiwi Jungle Swing or Majestic VW Tours
For ATV and UTV activities, we provide helmets and safety boots. For rafting, we provide helmet, life jacket, and paddle. For paintball, we provide helmet, paintball gun, and paintball suit.

Buffet Lunch & Menu
Most of our adventure packages include buffet lunch. If you have any food allergies or dietary preferences, please inform our team before your visit.

Transport Information
If your booking includes private transport, please be ready at the confirmed pickup location and time.
Pickup time may vary depending on traffic, weather, road conditions, and operational flow.
Hotel pickup and drop-off are arranged using regular transport vehicles such as MPV cars or Toyota Hiace, depending on group size and transport arrangement.
Majestic VW Tours note: The vintage VW tour starts and finishes at Pertiwi Adventure. The vintage VW is used only for the tour route from Pertiwi Adventure, not for hotel pickup or drop-off.
Safety & Health Information
For your safety, please inform our team before the activity if you have any medical condition, injury, pregnancy, or health concern.
Our activities are not recommended for guests with:
- Back pain or serious back problems
- Pregnancy
- Heart problems
- Serious medical conditions
- Recent surgery or injury
- Infants
Guests must follow instructions from our guides, instructors, referees, drivers, and staff at all times.
For safety reasons, Pertiwi Adventure may stop or refuse participation if safety rules are not followed.
Personal Belongings
Lockers are available for guests during activities.
We strongly recommend storing your belongings before the activity starts.
Pertiwi Adventure is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, including smartphones, cameras, glasses, wallets, cash, jewelry, bags, documents, or other valuables.
Guests bring personal items at their own risk.
Photos & Videos
Professional photos and videos may be taken during selected activities and may be available for purchase after the activity.
Guests may also take photos and videos using their own device where safe and permitted.
Our team may help take photos using your own device at no additional charge, especially at selected photo spots.
For safety reasons, we do not recommend using personal devices during ATV, UTV, rafting, or paintball activities.
Payment & E-Ticket
Please keep your e-ticket as proof of booking.
Your e-ticket may include your activity date, guest details, selected activities, transport arrangement, payment status, arrival instructions, and important notes.
Bookings are confirmed only after payment has been completed and an official e-ticket has been issued.
Final Reminder Before You Go
Before coming to Pertiwi Adventure, please make sure you have:

- Checked your transport arrangement
- Prepared clothes suitable for your activity
- Brought a change of clothes
